Cancellation Policy
**Service Deposit and Cancellation Policy**
A deposit is required for certain services. Please note that all deposits are **non-refundable**. The policy fee will still apply, with the deposit amount deducted from the total cost. For example, if your service fee is $80 and the deposit is $20, the remaining balance due at cancellation or no-show will be $60.
**Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Policies:**
- **No-call/no-show:** A charge of 50% of the service fee will apply. The remaining balance from previous services must be settled before rescheduling can occur.
- **Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice:** A 50% charge of the estimated service cost will apply.
- **Late arrivals (15 minutes or more):** The appointment will be canceled and a 50% fee will be charged.
**Note:** Exceptions may apply if prior communication occurs.
While I understand that life and emergencies can arise, please keep in mind that this is my profession and my livelihood. I will do my best to accommodate you, but your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
